Payment Information
No show charge or cancellation penalties according to the policy will be automatically charged to the credit card entered to generate the reservation.
At check-in, guests must present a photo ID and the credit card used on the website for full payment or guarantee payment.
General Policies
(1) Cancellations:
- The deadline to cancel without penalty begins at the start of the check-in day. For example, if check-in is on January 1 and the policy allows cancellations up to 2 days prior to check-in, the cancellation must be made before 11:59 pm on December 29.
- Exceptions may be considered, subject to prior approval by the hotel.
(2) Early Departure or No Show:
- Early departure or no show will result in cancellation and 100% penalty.
- Exceptions may be considered, with prior authorization from the hotel.
(3) Reservation Modification:
- "Non-Refundable" reservations do not allow date or name changes.
- Extending the reservation means extending the original policies and restrictions.
- Exceptions may be considered, with prior authorization from the hotel.
(4) Refunds:
- No refunds will be issued for late check in or early check out.
- Flexible reservations with full or partial refunds for cancellations will be processed within 10 business days after request and confirmation.
(5) Important:
- Stay extensions require a new reservation.
- All guests must be registered correctly at the time of making the reservation, otherwise additional costs may be incurred at check in.
- Availability of accommodations at the same property for additional guests is not guaranteed.
- Guests under 18 years of age may only check in with a parent or guardian.
- Price does NOT include applicable hotel service charges, optional incidentals charges (such as mini-bar snacks or phone calls, etc.) or regulatory surcharges. The hotel will assess these fees, charges and surcharges at the time of check-out.
Force Majeure Policy
- Natural Disaster:
- Certificate for return valid for nights not used within 1 calendar year.
- Not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- Subject to availability and restrictions.
- Natural Disaster Alert:
- No penalty for change of dates within 72 hours of alert.
- No Shows:
- No penalty from the issuance of the alert until 5 days after hotel normalization.
- Early Departure:
- Early departure without penalty, receiving certificate for unused nights, valid for 1 year.
- Rescheduling:
- Original rate guarantee for travel within 1 year of original date.
- Must reschedule within 30 days after natural disaster, seasonal restrictions apply.
- Policy Changes:
- Policy is subject to change without notice.
